The HQE-certified project comprises four administrative blocks with three above-ground levels built on a common plinth used for parking (530 underground parking spaces), technical rooms and archive space. The above-ground surface area is approximately 10,800 m2.
Milestone’s scope of work covers structural and external engineering services, including
- preliminary and detailed design studies,
- execution project,
- supervision of work execution,
- participation in acceptance procedures.
