Milestone draws up a work schedule, by mutual agreement with the customer, which defines milestones and deadlines for the various stages of construction, and draws up progress reports. This schedule is regularly updated.

• Milestone prepares and distributes meeting reports.

The Milestone team working on the project meets weekly, to discuss specific project issues, review progress and ensure that the customer's expectations and goals are being met.

• Milestone's internal QA/QC procedures ensure quality of service.
• Customer projects are checked at every stage by a responsible member of staff.

• Milestone completes the project presentation before submitting the plans to the licensing authority to minimize revisions and optimize processing times.
• Milestone discusses with the customer any possible changes to the presentation that could affect the approval of the licensing authority.

• Milestone provides the customer with recommendations, initiatives, tactics and approaches to best defend his interests and ensure the success of his project.
