Construction of a commercial building in Wemperhardt. The building includes a commercial area of nearly 5000m2 in a new building and 2800m2 in old halls to be transformed and rehabilitated. Above the new commercial building will be built two parking trays with a total capacity of 320 parking spaces about 9000m2
